There’s been so much rain in the UK over the past few days and guess what…There’s more to come before the week’s out! So, we think it’s time to talk wellies??
There are so many great designs to choose from these days, and you can really make a statement and brighten up a miserable day. I love the classic Hunter tall wellington boot which is readily available on the likes of Amazon and high street shops like Shuh. There are so many colours to choose from and there’s plenty of room around the top for movement and tucking in! The buckle at the top allows you to pull them closed in order to try to keep things out ( water, snow, dirt, leaves, etc.). The optional liners are wonderful and easy to wash. Keep feet warm, cosy and dry which is a nice thing during Autumn and Winter!

off the back of the ‘clash and converse’ blog i did a bit of trawling to see what’s available out there for this cult piece of footwear and found Amazon to be very competitively priced(in fact couldn’t find them cheaper) and also have a wide variety of color stylings. If your into these at all i’m sure you’ll find a variation that suits your needs!

I find these intriguing to say the least. I’m not a runner but i’d really like to find out if anyone who is is actually using them and finds them a benefit over the ordinary running shoe. Be interested in anyone less than happy with them as well. I see them as the perfect bit of footwear for when your in the sea amoungst rocky terrain. Converse & The Clash

If you are fan of iconic rock bands, you might like this collection of sneakers from Converse. The latest to be released is in honor of the 30th anniversary of The Clash’s epic album “London Calling”, Converse will be releasing a new collection of High Top Chuck Taylor’s in January 2010. Other recent collaborations in the “Converse Music Shoes” collection include The Ramones, Blondie, AC/DC, The Grateful Dead, Black Sabbath and The Who. Rock (or walk) on.The album cover graphics are reproduced in rubber. Combat rock references abound on fresh high-tops with clean Clash skull and cross bones logos. An All Star Outsider has the look of legitimate military gear and a simple version of the classic Chuck in olive drab punctuates the band’s revolutionary style with campaign badges fastened to military drab uppers.
